Useful approaches to bodywork

This page comprises approaches to body based therapy which I have incorporated into my own personal work and the therapeutic work I do with clients. I include them here in case they are of value to others.

Focusing

This seems to me to be a key theoretical understanding and practical approach for anyone who is working with the psycho-emotional process in therapy.
